Filming has started for Fast and Furious 10. The second to last series in the blockbusters will also be called Fast X.
Meanwhile Marvel has announced that Louis Leterrier will take over from Justin Lin as director.
Hollyhoodreporter suggests that Lin’s sudden exit was because of a disagreement with producer and star, Vin Diesel. According to him, he has had enough of the constantly changing scripts, and the stressful process of production.
The need for scripting writing changes came up for several reasons. First, they had to change a major Eastern Europe location due to the Ukraine war.
Second, Lin would have to wait for one of the movie’s absent villains, a move he disliked.
Third, Universal Studios said they would have to send writers to brush up dialogues for actors in London. So on April 25, the studio concluded plans with Lin and made arrangement for a new director, Louise Leterrier.
Besides being a director, Louise is a producer with an impressive portfolio. He directed Incredible Hulk, Clash of the Titans, the Transporter, Unleashed and many other blockbusters. We are sure he’ll bring out the best in the cast and the script of Fast X.
Besides Lin, Dwayne Johnson have also had a fallout with Vin Diesel. He has said he’ll not appear on Fast X and the rest of the series.
“I wish them the best of luck on Fast 10 and Fast 11 and the rest of the Fast & Furious movies they do that will be without me.”
But here’s Vin’s response on Instagram:
“You must show up, do not leave the franchise idle, you have a very important role to play. Hobbs can’t be played by no other.”

In all, we expect to see an incredible movie. Producer Vin Diesel has revealed that he knows how the movie will end.
In an interview with Collider, he refused to let the cat out of the bag, only giving out teasers. He said, “I have a scene that’s recurring and has been for many years now of what I’ve always imagined what the finale of the finale would be.”
He also said he has spoken at lengths with the new director Justin Lin.
Does Fast and Furious 10 Have a Trailer Yet?
Most fans and furious fans can’t wait to see a trailer but shooting hasn’t even started yet. So you’ll have to keep your fingers crossed for a while.

When can We Expect Fast and Furious 10?
Initially Universal announced 7th April 2023 as the release date. But on July, the management announced a six-week delay of the film. It means release date will fall on the 19th of May, 2023.
After Lin stepped down, there were doubts about the new release date. But with Loius on board, we expect that everything would work as planned.

Will There Be a Fast and Furious 11?
In an interview with Associated Press, Vin revealed there will be a Fast and Furious 11. According to him, the series will end after two more films. He made this known in June last year, before F9 release.
